DJ proclaima BOOKING Terms & Conditions

1) Payments

All booking payments are made by direct bank transfer to Proclaim Marketing Ltd. Santander Acc: 38557884 Sort: 09-01-27

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. PLEASE NOTE ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE.

The remaining 50% balance is required in full 7 days prior to your event. If you book DJ Proclaima within 7 days of your event full payment is required to secure your booking.

2) Insurance & Pat Testing Certificates

Proclaima has full Public Liability Insurance with £5 Million cover. All of his equipment is also fully PAT tested.

Certificates for both are available for you to forward on to your venue once your deposit has been paid.

3) DJ Requirements

Proclaima will review the site especially where you have allocated for him to play on arrival. You accept that he reserves the right to not play if he is unhappy for any reason with the position you have allocated for him. Although he will work with you to resolve this if there is an issue.

A requirement of your booking is that following are provided:

a) there is easy and safe access to electrical sockets.

b) easy access to the venue should be provided (including parking if bringing equipment)

c) if we are bringing the speakers the venue should be on the ground floor. If access to the venue is restricted or up any stairs you accept you must accept that this may hinder or delay your booking or incur additional labour charges.

d) that a table at least 4ft long with a table cloth is provided along with a minimum of 2 chairs.

e) hospitality such as food and drinks should also be provided.

4) Musical Style/Requests

DJ Proclaima plays Gospel music in the following genres, Gospel Reggae, Gospel R&B, Gospel Afro and Urban Gospel Music.

You can request upto 10 specific Gospel tracks to be played at your event, but you must provide full track details including artist name and song name in writing 7 days prior to the event either via WhatsApp +44 794 135 4719 or via email to dj@proclaima.tv. If Proclaima cannot source a track he will ask you to send him a digital copy of the file as an MP3.

If you have an artist or someone who wants to sing a song, they must bring their backing track on a memory stick in mp3 format and notify Proclaima preferably before the event that this will happen. Again he will try and accomodate all requests within reason.

PLEASE NOTE: Proclaima does NOT allow other DJ's to play on his set.

5) Finish Time

Your finish time will be agreed in writing at the point of booking. If DJ Proclaima deems that your event has come to a natural close earlier i.e. a majority of your guests leave, he reserves the right to finish earlier.

6) Merchandise

Proclaima will always try and bring bibles, merchandise and CD's to either sell or give away at your event.
